Frazer is being groomed as a future United right-back as he continues
to learn his trade as understudy to internationals Danny Mills and Gary
Kelly.
Born in Rotherham, Richardson is a lifelong Leeds fan who has emerged
through thr Academy ranks to become an established youth international.
Recently involved on the bench for a number of Leeds first-team games,
Frazer also represented England at under-20 level and is now winning rave
reviews from members of the backroom staff at Thorp Arch.
H ewas rewarded for his progress with a four-year contract which he signed
in the summer of 2002.
Fraze was disappointed not to make his debut in the 2002/03 season, but
did so this season when he came on as a substitute against Southampton
at Elland Road in August.
Last season he spent one month on loan with Stoke City, but will be hoping
to wrestle control of the right-back position from Gary Kelly and make
it his own.
